Magic Art Studio çocuklar için yapılmış bir boyama ve çizim oyunudur. Çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Oyunun tamamı hesapsız oynanır; eserler ve ilerleme yalnızca cihazda kalır. Reklam kimliği kullanmayız, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam göstermeyiz, üçüncü taraf analitik araçları kullanmayız ve hiçbir veriyi satmayız.
1. Veri sorumlusu
Veri sorumlusu, Türkiye'de yerleşik bireysel geliştirici Deniz Şengül'dür. Posta adresi, support@denizsengul.com adresine yazmanız hâlinde ücretsiz olarak bildirilir. İletişim: support@denizsengul.com. Bu metin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) md. 10 kapsamında aydınlatma metni olarak da geçerlidir.

Toplamadıklarımız: ad, soyad, doğum tarihi, telefon, adres, konum, kişi listesi, kamera, mikrofon, reklam kimliği, cihaz kimliği. Çizimlere kişisel bilgi eklenmez; cihaza kaydedilen görseller meta veri (EXIF) içermez.
3. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama çocuklara yöneliktir ve tüm kullanıcılar çocuk kabul edilir. Hesap yalnızca ebeveyn doğrulamasından ("ebeveyn kapısı") geçen bir yetişkin tarafından, yetişkinin kendi e-postasıyla açılır. Satın almalar, dış bağlantılar, hesap işlemleri ve bildirim izinleri de ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. Eserler hiçbir zaman herkese açık hale gelmez ve başka kullanıcılarla paylaşılmaz.
4. Verilerin aktarıldığı yerler
Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız: Google (Firebase: kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, depolama, sunucu fonksiyonları; AdMob: Android reklamları), Unity Ads (Android reklamları), Kidoz (Android ve iOS reklamları), Apple ve Google (uygulama mağazaları, ödemeler). Firebase sunucuları Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ndedir. Yurt dışı aktarım KVKK md. 9 uyarınca standart sözleşmeler ve hizmet sağlayıcının veri işleme şartlarıyla yapılır. Verileri satmayız ve reklam amaçlı paylaşmayız.
5. Saklama süreleri
- Cihazdaki veriler: uygulama silinene kadar.
- Hesap ve bulut yedeği: hesap silinene kadar. Hesap silinince bulut verileri hemen silinir.
- Satın alma kayıtları: aboneliğin bitişinden 13 ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
- Sunucu kayıtları: en fazla 30 gün.
- Anonim toplu sayaçlar kişisel veri içermez.
6. Haklarınız ve hesap silme
KVKK md. 11 ve ilgili diğer mevzuat kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesabı uygulamada Ayarlar → Ebeveynler → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolundan veya web sayfamızdan silebilirsiniz. Talepleriniz için support@denizsengul.com adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.
7. Güvenlik
Tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir. Bulut verilerine yalnızca hesabın sahibi erişebilir. Oturum bilgisi cihazın güvenli deposunda tutulur. Satın almalar sunucuda mağazalarla doğrulanır.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel sürümü bu sayfada yayınlar, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.
In short
Magic Art Studio is a coloring and drawing game made for children. We do not collect personal information from children. The whole game works without an account; artwork and progress stay on the device. We do not use advertising identifiers, show personalized ads, use third-party analytics, or sell any data.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Deniz Şengül, an individual developer established in Turkey. The postal address is sent free of charge on request to support@denizsengul.com. Contact: support@denizsengul.com.

To serve and measure ads, the networks may process device and app information and the IP address under their own policies. No advertising identifier, no personalization, no tracking, no remarketing. We never collect: names, birth dates, phone numbers, addresses, location, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising or device identifiers. Drawings contain no personal metadata; saved pictures contain no EXIF data.
3. Children's privacy
The app is directed to children and treats every user as a child (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK). Only a grown-up who passes the parental gate can create an account, using their own email address. Purchases, external links, account actions and notification permissions are also behind the parental gate. Artwork is never made public or shared with other users.
4. Service providers and transfers
Google (Firebase: authentication, database, storage, server functions; AdMob: Android ads), Unity Ads (Android ads), Kidoz (Android and iOS ads), Apple and Google (app stores and payments). Firebase servers are located in the European Union and the United States; transfers rely on standard contractual terms. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
5. Retention
- Data on the device: until the app is deleted.
- Account and cloud backup: until the account is deleted; cloud data is deleted right away.
- Purchase records: deleted automatically 13 months after the subscription ends.
- Server logs: at most 30 days.
- Anonymous aggregate counters contain no personal data.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Delete the account in the app under Settings → Parents → Account → Delete account, or on our web page. For any request, write to support@denizsengul.com; we answer within 30 days. Parents in the United States may also contact us to review or delete any information.
7. Security
All connections are encrypted. Only the account owner can access cloud data. The session is kept in the device's secure storage. Purchases are verified with the stores on our server.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and important changes are announced in the app.
