Uygulamadan silme (en hızlı yol)
- Magic Art Studio'yu açın, Ayarlar'a dokunun.
- Ebeveynler bölümünde ebeveyn sorusunu cevaplayın, Hesap'a dokunun.
- Hesabı sil'e dokunun, onaylayın ve şifrenizi (veya Apple ile girişi) tekrar doğrulayın.
Uygulama olmadan silme
Hesabınızın e-posta adresinden support@denizsengul.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebinizi doğrulayıp en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.
Neler silinir?
- Hesap (e-posta adresi ve giriş bilgileri).
- Buluttaki tüm eser dokümanları, eser görselleri ve oyun ilerlemesi.
- Hesaba bağlı Premium bilgisi.
Neler kalır?
- Cihazdaki eserler cihazda kalır (çocuğunuzun emeği kaybolmaz); uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsiniz.
- Satın alma kayıtları hesap bağı kaldırılarak muhasebe ve iade için aboneliğin bitişinden sonra en fazla 13 ay saklanır, sonra otomatik silinir.
- Hesap silme aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliği App Store veya Google Play'den iptal edin.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Magic Art Studio and tap Settings.
- In Parents, answer the grown-up question and tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, confirm, and verify your password (or Sign in with Apple) once more.
Delete without the app
Email support@denizsengul.com from the account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The account (email address and sign-in details).
- All artwork documents, artwork pictures and game progress in the cloud.
- Premium information linked to the account.
What remains
- Artwork on the device stays there (your child's work is not lost); delete the app to remove it.
- Purchase records, unlinked from the account, are kept for accounting and refunds for up to 13 months after the subscription ends, then deleted automatically.
- Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
